Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of ScheduleToCalendar at scheduletocalendar.ai. By using the service you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use it.

1. What the service does

You upload a document, photo, screenshot or pasted text. We use AI to identify the events in it, show them to you for review and editing, and — after payment — generate a standard .ics calendar file you can import into Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook or any compatible application.

No account is required.

2. Accuracy, and why you must review

Event extraction is performed by an AI model. It can misread dates, times, locations and titles — particularly from low-quality photos, unusual layouts, handwriting, or ambiguous wording.

This is why the service shows you every extracted event, flags missing or conflicting information, and lets you edit everything before you pay. That review step is part of the product, not a formality.

You are responsible for checking your events before relying on them. We do not warrant that extraction is complete or accurate, and we are not responsible for missed classes, shifts, appointments, deadlines or flights arising from an incorrect or missing event.

3. Payment

Pricing is shown before checkout. Payments are one-time — there is no subscription and nothing recurring. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.

Your calendar file is generated and made available for download immediately after payment is confirmed. See the Refund Policy.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the documents you upload and the events extracted from them. We claim no ownership.

You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to transmit and process your file for the purpose of extracting events. We do not store your documents or events on our servers, and we do not use them to train models. See the Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload, and that doing so doesn't breach anyone's confidentiality, copyright or privacy.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to:

• Upload content you have no right to, or that is unlawful.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service as your own.
• Circumvent payment.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. It depends on third-party providers (hosting, AI and payment processing) and may be unavailable during maintenance or outages. We may change or discontinue features.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the order the claim relates to.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including missed events, lost opportunities, or loss of data — arising from use of the service.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

8. Third-party services

The service relies on Google (AI extraction), Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting). Their own terms apply to their part of the process. Apple, Google and Microsoft calendar applications are not affiliated with us; we produce a standard file their software can import.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [INSERT YOUR JURISDICTION], and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except that if you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence.
